Mission

Joggin for the Noggin is an annual charity run/walk that is the primary fundraiser for the Mary Lea Johaning Scholarship Foundation which honor's the legacy of Mary Lea Johanning and the smart young Atchison women like her.  Our aim is to build awareness for Mary Lea’s Scholarship Foundation and to build an annual event that can serve as a focal point for its fundraising.
The event is a chance for people to come together - local and out of town, young and old, families and friends.  It’s a birthday party too! Mary Lea would have turned 42 on September 24, 2022.
