Elks Charity Trust Association

Specific Need

We seek funds and donations that our volunteers may use providing materials and support to continue our mission. As times change to needs of the organization change to better provide for the Atchison Community.
 

Mission

The Elks Charity Trust Association is formed to be purely benevolent, fraternal, beneficial, educational and charitable; and shall fund and provide and have a home for its indigent and deserving members and all other whom it may select as worthy and proper subjects of its charity; and no member of this association may receive any pecuniary benefit therefrom, except as to charity. This association may acquire either by purchase, device or gift any personal or real property as may be necessary to carry out the objects and purposes aforesaid, and shall have the right to sell, transfer or incumber the same, and to execute notes, bonds, mortgages and deeds of trust, securing the same upon said property.
 

Profile

The Elks Charity Trust Association was created to retain a facility for charitable uses in the Atchison Community. The Trust was formed in 1906 and has continued its mission since its formation.
