Atchison County Community Schools Education Foundation- ACCSEF

Specific Need

Currently our biggest need to continue to be able to provide teacher mini-grants as well as generate funds to complete our current project of the renovation of the ACCJSH Auditorium. ACCSEF has recently completed the updating of the Stage Lighting and Audio for the Auditorium. Additional funds are still needed for this project as well as to continue to pursue the updating of the House Lights, Curtain replacement and other items.

Mission

To function in cooperation with and support of, Atchison County Community Schools, as an exclusive not-for-profit charitable education foundation. We will preserve, maintain and improve public education through the acceptance and distribution of charitable contributions.

Profile

The Atchison County Community Schools Education Foundation was established in January of 2019 to provide for community members, patrons and alumni a tax-deductible avenue to support our schools. Through the generosity of our community ACCSEF has been able to award a teacher mini-grant, help fund the purchase of a school greenhouse and the contstruction of a Multi-Purpose facility that will greatly benefit students. Current fundraising efforts are focused on the Renovation of the ACCJSH Auditorium, including new up to date lighting and sound.
